About the event
Get ready for the most advanced nature-inspired robotics experience we have ever created — welcome to ECOBOTS 2.0!
This is not your ordinary robotics camp. EcoBots 2.0 is a wild, hands-on exploration into the world of agricultural robotics, where students engineer and program machines that interact with science, nature, and living ecosystems. Building directly on everything we explored in EcoBots 1.0 this past summer, this camp goes deeper, gets more complex, and introduces entirely new projects and challenges.
Students this summer built a color-sensing recycling sorting robot, a strawberry-picking tractor rover, a self-seeding and self-watering farm bot programmed on a full XYZ coordinate system, and a solar tracking plant that rotated itself toward the brightest light in the room.
