About Star Kids Academy
At Star Kids Academy Robotics we teach elementary students the fundamentals of engineering and coding through hands on robotics. Students do not just learn concepts, they build them. From gear ratios and structural design to motor integration, 3D printing, and CAD, every engineering concept is explored through real builds students create themselves. Coding fundamentals including variables, data types, operators, conditional statements, loops, sensors, and motors are learned by writing and running actual programs. Advanced students go further into functions, arrays, and object oriented programming principles. Our program connects families to local tech industry professionals and high school robotics teams, and provides pathways for students interested in pursuing competition. Embedding Joy Within Technology.

Upcoming Events and Activities
From summer camps and themed robotics competitions to gaming events, workshops, community engagements, and competition pathways, there is always something exciting happening at Star Kids Academy.
FLL season is here! If your student is interested in joining a FIRST Lego League competition team, reach out to us directly and let us know. We are actively connecting students with competition opportunities and would love to help your child take their robotics journey to the next level.
Throughout the year our students also have the privilege of learning alongside mentors from local high school robotics teams, bringing real competition experience and inspiration directly into our classrooms and camps.
Stay connected to find out what is coming up next for your child.

StarCode
Star Kids Academy classes and camps are powered by StarCode — a proprietary software platform created by our founder, built from over a decade of hands-on robotics teaching.
Each block in StarCode carries meaning through its shape, color, and structure — mirroring how real code is organized so students learn syntax, logic, and program flow through the act of building. What makes StarCode distinct is that every block simultaneously expresses the same logic in Python, C++, and Java, the three languages that drive real-world software and robotics. Students see all three side by side as they build, so professional syntax becomes familiar long before they write a single line from scratch.
A natural language prompting system lets students describe what they want their robot to do in their own words, connecting imagination to code and deepening the understanding of why each piece belongs where it does. A built-in progression and achievement system keeps students challenged, with debugging woven into the experience — teaching them to find errors, understand why something didn't work, and think like engineers.
StarCode turns every class into a coding literacy experience.
