Star Kids Academy offers state-of-the-art Robotics classes for Elementary through Middle School students. We specialize in Robotics Education using multiple platforms and models paired with our 'Programming Fundamentals' to give students a well rounded education in industry standard subject matter. Our philosophy is that children have a tremendous ability to learn when creativity, challenge, teamwork, and play are incorporated into the learning process.

At Star Kids Academy, we follow a fundamental approach to coding that can be used throughout all coding languages and interests. We believe that students must first understand 'psuedocode' and flowcharts to be able to rough sketch their ideas, not only for reference but for working in teams. Student's learn in a hands on way using real world explanations and class challenges to help young ones understand computer science and engineering.
Our design and engineering concepts allow students to utilize and explore through various mediums. Many of our robotic designs are created 'in house' as we have a large database of building plans and coding lessons that pair with our various camp and class themes. Our curriculum and projects span into a variety of themes; "CarBots', 'AniBots", "ArmBots", "BattleBots', and "EcoBots", as well as new and hybrid camp concepts and themes throughout the year.
Our curriculum and methodology uses the most up to date equipment and technology to educate children; This paired with our curriculum fundamentals, and scratched based coding, students will leave our camps and classes having a good understanding of concepts and organization of the fundamentals of coding. Students learn terminology and organized flow to help them understand and make sense of the content.
